Yesterday I asked you to finish this poem by replacing the last line with something not quite so party-pooperish. Here is the original poem by Unknown:
May your stuffing be tasty
May your turkey be plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious
and your pies take the prize,
and may your Thanksgiving dinner
stay off your thighs!
And here are some of my favourite responses:
Change My Body…Change My Life said:
May your yams be delicious
and your pies take the prize,
May your feast on the table
Be one for your eyes.

receive a round of high-fives.

May your Thanksgiving gravy not drip on your ties.
I have several more I will share with you tomorrow – must get on with the business of my day – still have to get the whipping cream to make whipped cream for my pumpkin pie.
