Yes, it is good to walk in the house without shoes. I was always barefoot when I was growing up on the farm. 🙂
I do tend to break a few toes now and then though

It is rare that you will ever find anything on my feet. Today I was out weeding and happened to find my feet crushing slugs, nothing else comes close to the creep factor for me, still I didn’t go back in for shoes. I have to be reminded to put shoes on when I go to the store, lol

I love being barefoot :), but my feet are still a little sensitive from being stuck in shoes and boots all winter. I need to toughen them up a bit so that I stop saying “ouch” every time I walk on the driveway LOL!
I know — desensitizing takes a week or so–then you will be walking on gravel comfortably
Oh, the joys of summer! I love going barefoot too, but need to toughen up for the driveway. 🙂
