My favourites from Saskia Davis’s12 Symptoms of Inner Peace:
1. An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.
3. A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
4. A loss of interest in judging other people.
5. A loss of interest in judging self.
7. A loss of ability to worry.
8. Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
10. Frequent bouts of smiling.

I loved these. Things I am trying to put into practice every day.
For me # 3 is the big one – it can drive us crazy.
I’m pretty close but not quite there permanently….Diane
That is pretty darn good!
So difficult, but so so true. Very nice, Lou Ann.
.
wish it wasn’t – so difficult I mean –it would certainly make our life better if we could incorporate these – at least the smile one is easy
A lovely reminder for us all.
Yes they are.
Brilliant – thank you!
I am sharing the last one with you – abundant bouts of smiles
Very nice.. Thanks for posting.
Glad you liked it.
An intriguing discussion is worth comment. I do think that you should publish more about
this issue, it might not be a taboo subject but
generally people do not speak about such issues.
To the next! Kind regards!!
Well you know I truly do believe that enough has been said on this topic and that perhaps people really should not speak on this issue ever again – it has been done too many times to count and I am so upset that you would think it still needs more discussion. Is the fact that the subject is not a new one not concern you. Generally people do not speak of such issues for a reason. There is no issue here. So we do not need to speak of it any longer. Verbosity for the sake of verbosity is verbotin. Please note that while I may sound like I have a very strong opinion here, I respect the fact that taboo subjects should never see the light of day. So how do you really feel about the subject. To the next. Kind regards!
